Hey there surfers! Get ready for a surf zone forecast brought to you by the National Weather Service from sunny Tallahassee, Florida. There's some serious action happening with a high rip current risk at all area beaches. Better leave those boards at home and stick to the sand for now!

Let's dive into the deets for South Walton including Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, and Turquoise Beach. Today, we're seeing a high rip current risk with surf heights reaching around 6 feet. It's cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, so keep an eye out! Temperatures are in the upper 70s with windy conditions coming from the northeast at 25 to 30 mph. Hold on to your hats, folks!

Tomorrow, the rip current risk stays high with surf heights around 11 feet. But hey, at least it's sunny! Temperatures will be in the lower 80s with some breezy west winds at 20 to 25 mph. And don't forget your sunscreen, UVs are no joke.

Moving on to Coastal Bay with Panama City Beach and Magnolia Beach. Get your boards ready 'cause today's surf heights are around 8 feet with that pesky high rip current risk in full swing. It's cloudy with showers and possible thunderstorms. Winds from the northeast at around 25 mph, increasing to 35 mph in the afternoon - talk about a wild ride!

Tomorrow, things calm down a bit with mostly sunny skies and surf heights around 11 feet. High rip current risk continues, so stay safe out there. West winds are kicking up to 25 to 30 mph, so you might catch some good waves if you're up for the challenge.

Finally, at Coastal Gulf including Saint Joe Beach, we're looking at high rip current risks through Saturday evening. Surf heights vary from 6 to 9 feet depending on the beach, with the water temperature at a cozy 83 degrees. Winds are acting up big time with gusts up to 40 mph by the afternoon - hold on tight!

As we head into the weekend, expect a mix of sun and clouds with surf heights around 3 to 4 feet. Moderate rip current risks on Sunday with some isolated showers and thunderstorms still lingering on Monday.

Surfers, remember to check the official site for more info on lightning, waterspouts, and UV ratings, and most importantly, stay safe out there. This has been a Quiet Please Studios audio creation with the help of AI. Please subscribe and never miss a Swell! Thank you for listening.
