Ethics investigation report or not, details of Trump’s nominee for Attorney General, Matt Gaetz, are oozing out. New details make him even less of a desirable choice to lead the DOJ, but Trump isn’t backing down. Meanwhile, there are calls for President Biden to start background checks on Trump nominees before he leaves office, since Trump doesn't intend to have them done. That would leave senators without many details for upcoming confirmation hearings.
