In this episode we chat to Canadian Muay Thai superstar Sahez Lohat! 
Sahez tells Emma about her journey with Muay Thai so far, the incredible training she got to experience in Thailand and what it was like competing in the WBC World Games, where she took the silver medal. 
Sahez also details her hope to inspire the next generation of fighters, especially fellow South East Asian women. Sahez is incredibly easy going and it's amazing hearing her story and what was involved to get her to this moment.
