Ellen Dee Davidson spends most of her time exploring the healing qualities of being in nature, especially redwood forests. Her odyssey began when the old growth tree in her backyard started visiting her in dreams. After that, she started hiking and meditating, mostly alone with the ancient trees. This lead to her healing from fibromyalgia and chronic illness as well as opening her up to mystical experiences and creative inspiration. Her book, Sacred Forest Bathing, is Ellen's attempt to share the beauty, healing and inspiration these precious woodlands offer.
