How did you go from being happy and self-assured to not knowing who you are anymore? In this episode, I share how growing up in a patriarchal approval-seeking culture has conditioned even the most powerful women to lose themselves in relationships. By exposing two ways this happens, I hope to shake you from "waiting" on a man's yes to owning your no.

If you haven't listened to last week's episode, "I See You", I suggest that you do. It sets the stage for Season 4 and how it will focus on providing answers that will help you show up more powerfully in your relationships and attract healthy love into your life.

In the meantime, I invite you to join my community of Enough Warriors by getting on my mailing list. I've got some free resources that will reinforce what you learn on these episodes as well as make sure you're first-to-know and get first dibs on products and services. You also qualify for deeper discounts than those on social media.
