On tonight’s show, Joe begins by reflecting on the trifecta of musical acts who passed away this weekend. Gary Wright passed away last night, Steve Harwell of Smash Mouth passed on Sunday, and the one that started the trifecta, legend Jimmy Buffett died late Friday night.

Then Joe talks about the breaking news of Travis Kelce’s knee injury. Joe has a feeling whoever takes over will have an opportunity to shine on opening night.

Julio Urias was arrested on a domestic violence charge late Sunday night in LA. Even if he’s not charged or found not guilty, he just shouldn’t put himself in that position. Since this is potentially his second violation of the MLB policy, the penalty will be much harsher.

Shohei Ohtani’s agent spoke on Monday and the Angels superstar expects to pitch again and should be DH-ing the entire season.

Then the main event of the show, Joe’s fourth annual NFL picks that are sure to go wrong. Joe goes through all 17 Eagles games, who wins each division and gets wild card berths, and who will be playing in SB 58 in Las Vegas and taking home the Lombardi Trophy. There are a ton of surprises!

Finally, Joe makes a pick for the opening game of the NFL season.
