Challenges with training face every athlete. We are not always going to have the motivation to train. When the last thing we want to do is train that day or endure the weather, what are some easy tools we can use to make sure we get our training done? We know that it's okay to miss a day here and there, but when we miss two or more consecutive days we solidify a habit or pattern in our nervous system that makes it harder and harder to get back into training. Hopefully the tips in this episode will help you in those moments when training feels the hardest.
