As humans we have an incessant need for feedback from others: whether it's for approval, sympathy, advise - all of it is for our own ego. The problem is that much of the time this need deprives us of joy because we don't always get our desired result. And often it causes us to relieve negative experiences by talking through them. In podcast episode 016 we discuss the idea or keeping these negative experiences to ourselves and only giving our energy to things that bring us joy!
