How do you go from being a decorated war hero and family man, to targeting sex workers in serial killings? We'll never get an answer from Robert Lee Yates, Jr who currently sits in Washington State Penitentiary without possibility of parole for his part in 13 horrible murders. Yates was able to lead a double life and get away with it for a few years.
