Riots and rockets. We're currently going through unprecedented times to some degree. Will we fall into despair or will we find a new way to function and find personal determination to move on? In this episode, we discuss strategies for refocusing our energy from despair, into a new way to thrive and prosper amongst the chaos. When we get into a state of despair it can get extremely debilitating- constantly listening to negative thoughts about ourselves, the future of our planet, and coupled with negative news on constant loop day in and day out. On today's show, I'm exploring how we use our time and energy in our day to day life and how important taking an inventory is to understand our feelings and emotions. With due diligence and solid work, we can convert negative energy into more soothing and positive energy with solution directed emotions. Later in the show, we explore what joy is and what it means to honestly be in a state of joy. Dan Nelson joins us live to give us a history lesson that is very timely involving his great great great grandfather Henry Smith Adams and the battles, pain, and suffering we overcame against all odds.
