My Story:

Even as I child I “knew” that life was supposed to be easy and joyful. I held this knowing deep inside even as I was told “Life is hard”, “It isn’t fair” ,”It’s not about the pursuit of pleasure”. This knowing was never lost but was suppressed as I created experiences from this place of ‘error thinking’, and conditioned belief in limitation and lack. I unconciously kept repeating the patterns I’d learned, creating lots of experiences that I learned from, but would rather not repeat thank you! :)

I was born in Jamaica and my life journey has taken me to the United States, China and Europe, learning different healing methods, resulting in a physical therapy and massage practice that blended eastern and western techniques. I successfully owned and operated my own business, Healing Hands, in Kingston which, over a period of 15 years, evolved into a complementary Wellness Center, offering services such as physical therapy, massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, somatoemotional release, acupuncture for pain relief, personal growth workshops and yoga classes. This phase of my life really taught me the power of the connection between the body, mind and soul and gave me a solid foundation in the healing arts and as an entrepreneur.

Following my Soul’s calling, I returned to live in USA in 2004 and eventually became a Transformational Life Coach. This facilitated a whole new level of personal and professional evolution. I have learned to change my mindset, my limiting beliefs, heal my childhood wounds and achieve personal and professional freedom.
My Personal Philiosophy:

I believe we are all here to have life experiences that grow our souls and that the particular challenges we encounter present opportunities to grow and learn. Business, Health, Relationships and Money are the main challenge paths for soul growth. (I am obviously in the Phd program of life as I have had my fair share of challenges in ALL four areas!) :)

I now integrate all of my gifts and skills in a unique system to help my clients navigate the obstacles, find the gifts and grow from their experiences. I teach them the tools and guide them through the processes I have used myself to SHIFT from pain to peace; from feeling stuck and frustrated to finding clarity and ease; from playing small and feeling not good enough, to standing powerfully in the truth of who I am.

I truly believe that as we change ourselves, we change the world and that we are all here to make a difference. How we do that, is by being true to ourselves. Being in integrity with our souls calling. By showing up unambiguously, unapologetically and powerfully as our TRUE self and creating ever expanding levels of joy, abundance and success!
