We can certainly evaluate ourselves, but our political discourse isn't to blame. Conservative not bitter talk radio doesn't incite this type of thing. Note that Republicans were targeted. And while Democrats could have been targeted, they weren't. Importance of political speech. Where are the boundaries? The media may stoke the fire & social media may make it easier to spew hatred & vitriol. But the shooter is to blame. Not you. Not me. Not our political system. Not the Constitution. There is a fight for the heart & soul of America. The Founders fighting against tyranny is much different than socialists fighting for government expansion & the confiscation of other people's wealth & property.
