Dr. Jeanette Gallagher welcomes R.G. Shore, author of The Ocean Inside Me, to share his story of findinding himself through life experiences. 

R. G. let go of all the pain, struggles, labels, and defining stories of who he was being told he was, to finding out his soul was a gift waiting to be found. He shares his experiences with racism while in jail and how he found his peace to move forward.

What is the outside projection that we are personifying as the I am? What are the words we define ourselves by? What are the labels we have identified as? Are they true for our heart or perhaps something that others have leashed upon us and we carry the burden of the story?
