Dr. Daniel O’Leary, Ph.D.
Dr. Dan O’Leary is a leading national expert on the issue of domestic violence. A distinguished professor at Stony Brook University in New York, Dr. O’Leary is also the director of the Relationship and Forensic Assessment Center at Stony Brook. He is the past president of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts of New York.
For over 25 years, he has conducted forensic custody evaluations for various courts. Dr. O’Leary is the author of 13 books and over 300 publications. He has received numerous awards and has served on several scientific boards, including the Centers for Disease Control and the National Institute of Mental Health.
