Here is a mental exercise to make sure you are not punishing yourself but pushing yourself in the right direction. As an entrepreneur, you have to push yourself. But you have to push yourself in the right direction and that can very quickly turn into punishing yourself by working too hard. There is no relation between how difficult you make a life for yourself and how successful you are. Feeling you are working really hard, can be your assurance that you are doing everything you can, while that might not be the case. The right amount of stress is good, and that amount is contextual.
