Ruth Nicholson is the founder of GO!, a 24/7 resource and training platform offering youth sports organizations proven governance, leadership, and administrative tools. Since its launch in mid-2017, Ruth and the GO! staff have fielded inquiries and worked with coaches, clubs, state associations, and leagues in 19 North American states and provinces, as well as others in Europe, South America, Australia, and Africa. Sam Snow has over 40 years of experience as a coach, player, and administrator in soccer in the US. His work includes serving as the technical director for US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sports organization in the US. He is the founder and CEO of American Made Soccer Consultants. Sam continues to work as a national instructor for U. S. Soccer. Snow was recently announced as the recipient of the US Youth Soccer Excellence in Coaching Education Award – The Dr. Thomas Fleck Award. Above all, Sam is a true coach educator. For 14 years he lead the instruction of the National Youth License, and he continues to serve as an instructor for the Master’s Degree in Coaching Soccer with Ohio University. Sam is a prolific writer on coaching in articles, blogs, books, and DVDs. He continues to be a sought-after clinician for clubs, schools, state and national associations, and major conventions in the US.

#7: Conflicts between coaches, parents, board members, and administrators drive good people away from our club…Where we’ll discuss the key question from the world of mediation that separates interests from positions and puts those conflicts on the bench for good.
#6: We need sponsor, fundraising, and grant dollars so that we can afford to run our club and do not have to charge so much for kids to play…Where we’ll recognize not all money is the same: fees vs. sponsor $ vs. fundraising $ vs grants. And we'll talk about the basic foundation an organization needs to pursue any/all of these sources of revenue.
