There comes day where you have to ask yourself what is my motivation and mannerisms in ministerial offices? Do you take the stance of protecting God's people or do you look at God's people as poor suckers? Many people have been victimized by the prophetic office only to blame God for the church hurt. These offenses happen at time due to unrealistic expectations. A lot of them happen because people have fallen into the wrong hands of ministry. Do we continue to protect the prophetic office when the prophets do the people harm? Do we stay silent for the prophets and cry against the victims? How many men and women of God have violated people and be insulated and protected by their congregation? Where do we draw the line? After the weak apologizes from some prophetic voices should we trust them again after the damage they helped inflict. It's called church hurt for a reason.
