He talks about how important it is to understand the three parts of our being, Spirit, Soul and Body. And how important it is to be able to connect with each of those parts in a way that rather then flowing from the outside-in with our emotions, thoughts and actions, we need to learn to flow from the inside-out to achieve that peace and happiness that we all deserve to experience.
