Dr. Jim will discuss the difference between being proactive versus reactive and the importance of focusing on the positive instead of the negatives. He wants adults working with children or students on the autism spectrum to become behavior detectives to figure out the whys behind the behavior because behavior is communication. Dr. Jim will be speaking at the 2020 Converge Autism Conference.
