Coach Diljeet Taylor is the coach that every parent dreams that their kids get to play for and are trained by. She has absolutely mastered what it is to be a great coach that helps get the most out of her athletes both on and off the field.
She talks about her own journey to become a head coach for a national track and field powerhouse and the incredible lessons she gained along the way. It was never a clear-cut or simple path but whenever she put her mind to something she just went out and did it. And still does it today.
She has trained, coached, and mentored countless national champions, professionals, and record-setters, but one of her biggest focuses is to help those very same athletes be the best versions of themselves off the track so that they are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in all phases of life.
