A 4-year varsity soccer and baseball player for the Mustangs, Ben has earned all conference and all district honors in soccer for 2 years and has a chance to be named to an all state team this year! This Fall he helped the Mustangs to an (18-5-1) record, and they advanced to the Elite 8 in the Division 4 state tournament. In baseball, Ben is a 2-year all conference and all area performer as well, and last year, he was voted to the first team all state! A 3.85 student in the classroom, Ben also has enjoyed volunteering at the Spectrum Health Neurological Rehab Center and the Heart of West Michigan United Way as well as helping out with the Grand Rapids Public Schools summer learning program.
