As believers God has given us his perfect peace and no matter what we are up against we can be sure that there is a calm in the midst of the storm. Anxiety would like to pull us out of our rightful places as sons and daughter of God and have us worry and fret about things that most often times aren’t even real. We end up playing out scenarios that don’t exist and usually to their worst outcome. We must take every thought captive unto the submission of Christ and receive all that God has for us in the face of anxiety and worry. There is perfect peace available when we shift our focus from our problems and anxieties and back to God and His word.
