This is episode 9 and my guest today is Mr. Bob Hammer. Mr. Hammer is the founder and of the non-profit Have a Ball Foundation. He is a two-time testicular cancer survivor and created Have a Ball Foundation, which for the last 15 years puts one of the largest golf tournaments in the East Bay, to raise money for organizations across the country that support cancer research.
Important leadership skills: Organization, establishing respect by delivering on your promises.
