Hey it’s Arroe. Welcome to my new podcast series Play It Forward. A look at the unexpected changes endured by entertainers, writers, camera people and all others affected but not infected by the global invasion of the Coronavirus.
The goal is to feature two different types of episodes. The individual conversations as well as a collected array of the entire picture. Modern day journalism with no rules. Real people. Real stories. The struggle to Play It Forward.
Episode Three: John, Dennis And Matt
More steps are required. The average creative person knows of the tremendous amount of energy the human heart tosses out by way of displaying their shape of art. Then one day you wake up and the stage has been stolen. Actor John Rhys Davies sees it as an opportunity to find new growth in his wit.
While with Dennis DeYoung it was difficult not to talk about the Coronavirus. I struggled to keep myself from leaping onto the subject but it kept coming up. That’s when I dropped the interview and we got into an area of the everyday world that humanized one of the greatest songwriters of our time.
I yet to meet the creative soul that sees any of this as the end of time. Not even the extremely popular psychic and medium Matt Fraser.
