This is the second part of Episode 14, where we pick up where we left off in part one. In this session we look at how to market your business and generate revenue even during off-peak seasons, low-times, and slow growth periods. We discuss the nuances facing various service-based businesses that don't have regular repeat customers, because customers call them in case of emergency or on quarterly schedules (for instance). We discuss your budgets and specifically your marketing and ad budgets, and about ad placement through social media in comparison to traditional mediums. We discuss the ROI of social media marketing and share some more Gary Vee quotes tied to marketing and business. By looking at business as a relationship and our internal and external stakeholders as the people we want to be in a relationship with, we examine the various ways that we succeed and fail, and what we need to learn about those individuals---and what they need to learn from us. We all have a story, and through our marketing we can share ours and possibly connect it with theirs.

This episode dives further into the microwave-mindset of speed and the pitfalls that come. We discuss the three types of management plans that also must be interwoven into our marketing efforts. Then Natasha introduces you to 3 business women who are all about marketing, branding, and publicity:
