Owning your actions is about taking radical responsibility for the choices that you make. It is allowing healing by allowing an open space in container to be honest and truthful with yourself.
While our actions may be well intended, it doesn’t mean that they can’t create disruptions, blowups, or even hurt to someone else. And if we want to allow ourselves the space to be fully seen, witnessed, Felt. Then, we need to be able to be radically honest so people know where to meet us. To claim and on our own humanity so that we can move forward.
