We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday. A lot happened while we were on vacation, but no need to worry, we will cover plenty on this week's show.
The New York Yankees made a big move acquiring James Paxton from the Seattle Mariners for Justus Sheffield and other minor league players. Could this move start the ball rolling on teams moving other big name pitchers around in an effort to re-tool?
Plus, the Yankees counterparts in Queens, the New York Mets, are said to be seriously shopping Noah Syndergaard. Might this be the move that sets the tone for new GM Brodie Van Wagenen's tenure and, even more important, might this be a good move?
Also, two legends of the game, Joe Mauer and Adrian Beltre, have hung up their spikes. After 15 and 21 season respectively, announced their retirements in the early part of November. What legacy do they leave and are both headed for Cooperstown?
Finally, we did okay on our postseason awards. We will recap who won, who got snubbed, and Graham has one big gripe with the MVP voting.
All that plus YOUR comments and messages this week on Out of Left Field.
