Molly talks about important it is to open your heart to receive. She shares how she has always been a giver but has never been a good receiver. 

She realizes that she cannot receive unless she allows herself to receive. Molly shares what she is doing now to allow her to be a giver yet open her heart and mind to receive.

To receive, you must make yourself eligible to receive. We are all eligible. You must allow yourself to wear that idea. The more you wear this thought and idea, the more you will be able to wear it comfortably.

The universe works in balance. We live healthier when we live in balance. Part of giving is the receiving that you will get from the universe. 

Molly is learning how to receive by allowing herself to see it and feel it. Molly confesses that receiving makes her cry. She allows herself to cry so that she release all the old unhealthy feelings that she felt from receiving. She is actively working on releasing the labels that feel untrue about what receiving feels like. 

Molly shares a receiving exercise that she encourages her listeners to do for the week.
