This week the ladies start off the episode with some experiences from Brittany's past, if descriptions of domestic violence and/or verbal abuse are triggering or disturbing for you, please skip the first 43 minutes of this week's episode. This was an impromptu, theraputic experience and I wanted to leave it in just in case anyone else is going through the same thing. It does get better and you can leave them behind.

The remainder of the episode is all about some of the messed up nursery rhymes from our childhood and one bonus story all about Sleeping Beauty and her origin story.
