Where will we work in 2030? What will it look like? How will it function? These are big questions facing business leaders worldwide, and to get some answers Joe Kornik, Editor-in-Chief of VISION by Protiviti, sits down with HGA’s Melissa Pesci and Haley Nelson on this installment of the VISION by Protiviti podcast.
HGA is a Minneapolis-based national interdisciplinary design firm rooted in architecture, interior design and engineering, and both Melissa and Haley specialize in workplace design supporting clients nationally. On the program, we discuss the future of the office, specifically its design, and Melissa and Haley have some interesting ideas about the future of the workplace in 2030 and beyond, including “building more outdoor space for meeting, for eating and for relaxing. There’s the obvious added safety of fresh air, but I think the more important thing is people realize how much they like being outside. We’ve definitely seen a huge design shift to creating more productive office spaces outside.”
