His loan was declined 2 weeks before he and his fiancé were scheduled to close on their home (6 weeks before their wedding). Although tragic at the time it became a fortuitous fork in the road. He went all in on learning mortgage guidelines, becoming the ultimate home buyer educator so no one would have to experience what he went through.
