I started seeing a behavioral therapist back in 2016. I'm really happy that I had the same therapist for over two years as he helped me navigate life.
Then in 2018 I was said to hear that he had to move on which left me looking for a new therapist. I've found one and she is good and helpful as well. I'm super grateful for therapists everywhere. Yall are amazing!
