This week my guest is Tim Healy, President/CEO of TackleBar Football, addressing the current crisis in youth football: an alarming 30% reduction in youth participation, with concussions and youth injuries at the center of the discussion. Parents are paying more attention, the numbers are declining, and it is affecting every level of football.
