Most thinking Americans, regardless of their affiliation, are concerned about our horrific debt levels. The much-hyped gold-medal American standards must also apply to our monetary financial management. Just as many of us do at home...bringing up our kids, working our jobs, helping the community, busting our butts...working hard every day to maintain the positive aspects of our family budget. Our family budget is our kitchen table plan of income and spending.

Never be fooled or discouraged by the glossy terms that pompous politicians, bankers and financiers use – in fact, it’s very basic mathematics... it’s classroom arithmetic... where 2 plus 2 equals 4 and it will never equal 5. When it comes to the well-concealed, invisible government income and spending, it’s just like our family kitchen table budget but with many more zeroes added on the end of the numbers. Extending and increasing endless debts merely to support some personal pie in the sky, donor wish is criminal. Verbose nebulous phrases do not change the fact that income and expenditure is just that.
