The following all qualified for the MHSAA State meet on June 4 at Kent City:
Girls
Ally Olszewski - Pole Vault (1), 4x200 relay
Lexi Patterson - High Jump (1), 4x200 relay
Aislynn Sweedyk - 4x200 relay
Claire Arends - 4x200 relay
Maggie Duba - 1600 run, 4x800 relay (2)
Lainey Roth - 4x800 relay (2)
Anna Richmond - 4x800 relay (2)
Amelia Snelling - 4x800 relay (2)
Grace Nyholt - Discus (2)
Boys
Michael Morris - High Jump (1)
Kyle Kloska - Shot Put (2), Discus
Girls Regional Tennis
Our girls tennis team is state bound. It was a total team effort qualifying for states with 18 total points! 1D (Reagan Nauta and Lauren Tietz), 2D (Hannah Nelson and Brooke Tietz) and 4D (Karlie Kurlenda and Liv Mott) are all regional champs.
Boys Golf plays in the OK Blue Conference Invitational on Monday, May 23. Best of luck to Sam Myers, Cameron Stong, Connor Penn, Joe Murphy, Zach Parzych and Josh Tomaszewski.
Baseball
Played Sparta on Friday (May 20) and went 1-1 . The team won 5-4 then lost 11-8.
Against Montague on Saturday (May 21), the team went 2-0. WC won 8-4 and 15-3
*Ryar Rinehart had 4 HR in 4 games!
