This week Lacey is chatting with Brittany Stoeckel. Brittany is an ICU Nurse Practitioner who has been on a self-care and personal growth journey since she began her career and loves guiding and assisting others in theirs. After more than 15 years of critical care nursing and yoga personal practice, Brittany completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Beaumont School of Yoga Therapy, one of the only hospital-based yoga teacher training programs in the country.
