Ro: Într-o zi toridă de vară, Mihai, profesor de istorie din România, se plimba pe străzile înguste ale Cinque Terre.
En: On a scorching summer day, Mihai, a history teacher from Romania, was strolling through the narrow streets of Cinque Terre.

Ro: Casele colorate, așezate pe stânci abrupte, contrastau frumos cu albastrul mării Mediterane.
En: The colorful houses perched on steep cliffs beautifully contrasted with the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.

Ro: În vacanță, de obicei se simțea liniștit.
En: Usually, he felt calm while on vacation.
