Today's topic is micro-aggression and micro-expression. Everyone can agree that micro-aggressions are debilitating. Therefore, it would be safe to assert that in a positive context the exact opposite would apply. Small doses of positive input must have a highly rewarding outcome over time. For example, shifting your focus towards micro-goals, and micro accomplishments, and doling out micro-acknowledgments. How awesome!
