Eloquently Speaking everywhere you go, everything you hear these days, people are talking about wellness programs to help you lose weight, gain weight, lower your blood pressure, and exercise, with the sole purpose of living a healthier lifestyle. Self-care, self-love, positive thinking, and positive actions seem to be the topic of the day on the job, in the cafeteria, and on the messages boards, and mixed in between, I see signs of mental health warning signs and symptoms. Tonight's broadcast is one of many initiatives to help bring awareness to mental health. My goal is to help shed light on topcis that are taboo, dispels myths about being crazy and sound the alarm to let those that are hurting KNOW that it is okay to ask for help. It is okay to say that you are not okay and not be looked down on or called out of your name in a derogatory way. People all over the world, rich, poor, Black, White, Asian, Latino, Moroccan, Nigerian, Ghanaian, young, old, upper, middle and lower class, everybody is dealing with a mental health symptom or issue that needs immediate attention. Our goal is to help break the silence about this not-so-popular topic and have uplifting discussions and provide resources for help. See you Friday, April 7, 2023 at 7pm Dial-in Number 657-383-1206
