BTL Fam help us welcome a brand new guest to the table, Gage Henderson! We had the privilege of journeying with licensed marriage and family therapist, Gage, through the maze of mental health, therapy, and spiritual wellness. The purpose of this journey is to challenge our perceptions, question the status quo, and dig deeper into the complexities of mental health and therapy, while also exploring the spiritual dimensions of wellness.

Gage, with his wealth of experience and expertise, helped us understand the credibility of online therapy brands and the intricacies of sponsorships that resonate with a niche audience. He provided invaluable insights into the subtle nuances between biblical counseling and systemic therapy, demonstrating the healing power inherent in both approaches. We delved into a discourse about whether seeking counseling could be seen as admitting defeat or whether it was a testament to our strength and willingness to grow.
