And yes it would give me financial security and stability… but at what cost?” Karina Gutierrez, owner of the mental health and holistic healing company Strategic Soul, joins the show to discuss how she uses therapy, mindset coaching and holistic healing modalities to guide clients through a mental, emotional and spiritual transformation.
Karina is an expert in both Western psychology and Eastern healing practices and holds two master's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in professional counseling and counseling mental health services. She’s also a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, certified Strategic Intervention life coach and a certified Usui and Holy Fire® Reiki Master.
In this episode, Karina shares how she started and expanded her company, Strategic Soul, which bridges the gap between conventional therapy and holistic healing and why she chose not to work in a traditional outpatient counseling. She tells us about the daily tools and techniques she uses in her work and in her own life, how she incorporates reiki, breathwork and sound baths into her practice and her experience with the plant-based medicine ayahuasca.
