Currently, the fraternity has an initiative to dismantle disparities locally and nationally through the Parity Project, a national call to action to achieve economic parity for Black America by 2030. The Parity Project focuses on moving the needle for Black representation in four key areas: STEM degrees, STEM jobs, Private Equity/Venture Capital Funded Entrepreneurs, and Fortune 500 Corporate Board of Directors.
