The Media Industry is notoriously high paced and demanding of everyone who works in it. Keeping the balance between work delivery, career advancement, personal satisfaction and private lives is a constant struggle for individuals and organisations. With a wider lens on it this is a national problem with NZ suffering a significant rate of Anxiety and Depression along with one of the highest rates of suicide amongst teen boys in the OECD.
