My dear audience, this is something I've been yearning to talk about for months.
How can we actually master our first 60 minutes after waking up?

Here I bring you four of the most useful tips that I found, working incessantly on myself (even as a lab-rat as an experiment), that really shifted the way I felt during my upcoming day.
We have to mention the fact that there could not be a "one-size-fits-all" approach and I'm really into the concept of "bio-individuality, so be mindful something been working for me doesn't necessarily imply that'll be good for you too, but nonetheless I think these tips could help you as starting blocks upon which you'll have to work even further, finding the perfect balance among all the activities you'll be performing!
