Commonly referred to as the youngest serial killer, Mary Bell killed two young boys in the 1960s. She had a rough childhood and was only 10 when she killed for the first time and has gone down in history for her brutal killings of 4 year old Martin Brown and 3 year old Brian Howe. Her best friend, Norma Bell, was also present for these killings but her name isn't infamous like Mary's is and we dive into why that is. We also take a quick spiral into what actually constitutes a serial killer and why that definition is important.
