Welcome to the March Full Moon Guided Meditation 🌝🧘‍♀️♍️

I’m grateful to meditate with you under the gentle and healing full moon ❤️🙏🏼

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release and let go of any non beneficial energies. Creating space for beneficial energy and overall health and wellness. Next, we’ll heal, balance and activate our chakra system. Fine tuning it to our highest expression, utilizing the gentle medicinal healing energies on offer during the March Full Moon.

The March Full Moon carries a high level of Soul Code activations. I would expect active psychic dreams and maybe feeling like you 'worked' all night on the astral, upon waking. It’s designed to help us restore our overall well-being, realign our energy and gently heal our inner and outer wounds.

Regardless of whatever experiences you are working through around the time of the Full Moon, full moons are the optimum time to release and let go throughout time and space; from this lifetime and all other lifetimes.

No longer are we anchored into a linear timeline. We can simply set the intention for all trauma, karma and all things non serving to be cleared throughout time and space, doing this around the time of a full moon, super moon or eclipse will super charge the release!

I guide you on a journey of grounding, releasing and healing from this lifetime and all other lifetimes.
