Natasha Pennant is an entrepreneur, published author, motivational speaker and plant based foods advocate. Even more importantly, she is a heart disease survivor and heart transplant recipient.
She was diagnosed with a rare heart condition during her pregnancy in 2000. Over the years, through trial and error, Natasha made it her mission to research how she could help herself get better. Becoming a certified integrative nutrition health coach was a part of the journey to finding the tools that would help her to live a healthier lifestyle.
She has come to the realization there are many other people out there like herself who have no idea where to start to take their health into their own hands and become their own health advocate. Natasha created Let's Go Plant-Based to give people a place to learn what the ancestors knew about health and wellness. She has been and is still in the shoes of others because once a person has an illness, it is even harder to stay well. She vows to make sure that people can improve their health and reach their goals.
