Listener Antonio reached out to Make Happiness Happen for his wife, Christina who is a Elementary School Teacher. They've been married for over 23 years. He recently loss his job and this is her first year teaching and COVID hit and this added extreme stress to her during a time that should have been exciting trying to do everything virtual not being able to see her students in person. She also has lupus, so she is not sure when it will be safe for her to go back to campus. She's been taking care of her students through distance learning as well as their three boys (15, 12, 10) and her husband. She cares for other's well being while keeping positive that everything will be okay. She always puts other's happiness before her own, but he knows she is extremely overwhelmed with everything going on right now.
Antonio shared with us that Christina didn't have a workspace and has just been conducting classes from her kitchen so we are getting her a new desk and a teacher gift basket with a bunch of back to school supplies!
