When Congress takes their oath, they are mostly aware that they have immunity for any decision or act they commit within the scope of their duty. This case demands a restoration of the rule of law to include the Congress and all Government employees. Rule 11 is explained, and the case is set for Conference on January 9th. It has the potential to now be acted, the conference requires a four-person approval to move to a hearing. However, the Justices could discuss the matter privately and send orders to have members' credentials canceled while they are on break. This case needs our continued prayers.
