Dr. Angelica Hernandez, our inspirational guest for today, bravely shares with us her heartbreaking story of the life altering experiences she faced growing up being a victim of rape since the age of 3. At such a young age she was preyed upon constantly by those who were closest to her and was at a loss of what to do. She explains how she got through some of the toughest moments anyone could ever imagine, being victimized and how she tapped into her survival skills to become a source of strength for others. Here is her story of how she used leadership to take a stand against such traumatizing events that transpired throughout her life.

Our last caller, Chelsea, is a very motivated young woman at the head of a global health club at her University. She currently has been struggling with delegating project to her peers the opportunity to self-correct, rather than controlling all of the projects.
